OVERSEAS AIRWAYS
BRITISH CORPORATION REORGANISED. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. November 26. In the circumstances of war it has been decided to reduce the size of the corporation which is to take over Imperial Airways and British Airways and "make further and better provision for the operation of the air transport services.” The corporation, which is to be known as the British Overseas Airways Corporation accordingly is being established with three members only in place of the 11 to 17 originally provided for. They are Sir John Reith, chairman: Mr Clive Pearson, deputy-chairman: and Mr Leslie Rimcimnn.
