■ MEETING AT MT. BRUCE. (“Times-Age” Special.) The members of the Mt. Bruce Women’s Institute held their meeting in the hall, Mrs H. West presiding. After disposing of the usual business, arrangements were made for a children’s party to 'be held in the Hall on December 14. Mr C. Bannister gave a very interesting talk on native shrubs. The bloom competition resulted as follows: —Mrs R. E. Campb'ell (lupin), 1; ?Ars C. L. Welch (rhododendron), 2.
