FOR OFFENCE ONE DAY AFTER ISSUE. INTOXICATION IN CHARGE OF CAR. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH. This Day. In the Magistrate’s Court today. Percival John O'Brien, a single man. aged 29, was fined £ 15. and his licence was cancelled for 12 months, for being intoxicated while in charge of a car early yesterday morning. It was slated that the defendant came from the country on Friday, purchased a car and obtained a driver's licence on Saturday.’
