CAFE PROPRIETOR ARRESTED & CHARGED, AFTER BEING DISCOVERED UNCONSCIOUS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) , HAMILTON. November 23. The mystery surrounding the discovery of a cafe proprietor in an unconscious condition in Huntly on Tuesday took a sensational turn late yesterday afternoon, when the proprietor himself, who was the victim of a suspected assault. Charles Kitchener Blackmore, aged 22. was arrested by DetectiveSergeant J. Nalder. Auckland, who was in charge of investigations. Blackmore was arrested upon discharge from hospital. He was charged with unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl. 13 years of age, and this morning appeared in the Magistrates' Cour, at Huntly to face the charge. He wasremanded to appear in Auckland on Monday. _________
