CROQUET
FEATIIERSTON TOURNEY. (“Times-Age” Special.) In connection with the croquet tournament the post entry contest played yesterday on the Featherston croquet green resulted in Mrs Doggett (Masterton) and Mrs O’Neale (Featherston) defeating Mrs Hanker and Mrs L. Benton. 26-23. The winners were presented with Mrs Wakely’s trophy. In the association tournament, Mrs Saunders won the trophy donated by Mrs Rowles, and, Mrs Thompson (Masterton) won Mrs Saunders’s trophy.
