SIX ARRESTED IN HOLLAND. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. LONDON, November 23. The Amsterdam correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says the Netherlands police have arrested and interned six former members of the German Communist Party who are accused of underground activities against Germany, which is regarded as a breach of Netherlands neutrality.
