The Exchange Telegraph Agency’s correspondent at Bergamo, Italy, says that a motor repairer has invented a device for propelling motor-cars elecIrolytically 'by splitting water into gaseous components, eliminating the oxygen and using the hydrogen mixed with other chemicals to form a gas fuel. The speed attained by the use of this gas equals that of petrol, buf the cost is only a penny a mile.
