Russia’s Baltic fleet is holding largo scale manoeuvres from its new Baltic bases simultaneously under the flag of Admiral Tribuiz. In an article, the “Pravada" says: “Nothing will ever break the Soviet decision to establish a strong peace over the Finnish Gulf. Unfortunately Finland’s answer to the Soviet’s friendly and peaceable initiative is noisy and dangerous."
