NEW SESSION OPENING ON TUESDAY. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) RUGBY. November 21. The session of Parliament which began more than a year ago will end with the prorogation on Thursday and a new session will open next Tuesday. There is little outstanding business to be transacted and, as usual, the most important event in the House of Commons will be the war review tomorrow by Mr Neville Chamberlain, whose 'health has greatly improved.
