Saskatoon. —For three successive years, black bass from Eastern Canada has been transposed to extensive lakes in Prince Edward National Park, north of here. The fish are transported in special tanks a distance of 1700 miles by railway, truck and boat. Indications are that the fish have become acclimatised and are rapidly increasing in numbers. The black bass is one of Canada’s finest sport fish and it is expected that when these lakes are sufficiently stocked they will attract largo numbers of anglers to this National Pari: located in the northern section of the Province of Saskatchewan.
