SEQUEL TO BEER HALL EXPLOSION MANY PRISON EXECUTIONS. PURGE OF 1934 SAID TO BE OVERSHADOWED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, November 20. “The Times’ ” Paris correspondent says reports from neutral countries state that 5000 persons have been arrested since the Munich bomb explosion 12 days ago, while shooting are almost continuous in the Munich prison. Prisoners in the Munich gaol, it is reported by radio, are being kept awake at night by shots, indicating that executions are being carried out. One report states that a purge similar to that of 1934, but far more brutal, is being carried out.
