WILHELMSHAVEN RECONNOITRED By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. November 18. A daylight reconnaissance fight by British planes in North-West Germany resulted in successful photographs being taken of an important naval base. The official news agency in Berlin confirms the report of the R.A.F. reconnaissance of Wilhelmshaven but claims that the planes were headed cfl before they reached the objective.
