PURSUANT to Section 23 of “The Cemeteries Act, 1908,” I herewith give public notice that the following is the table of fees payable to the Town Clerk for the various services and things mentioned in the above By-law, which has been ordered to come into force on the Ist day of DECEMBER, 1939. TABLE OF FEES. For every interment (including digging, and subsequent refilling, of grave, and issue of Interment Warrant) — (a) If the interment takes place on other than a Sunday, or statutory holiday, where the body to be interred is that of . A child stillborn, or not more than seven days old 5/A chjld more than seven days but not more than one year old 10/A child more than one year but not more than five years old £1 Any other person £l/10/(b) If the interment takes place on a Sunday, or a statutory holiday, the same fees as are set out above, increased, in each case, by an additional charge of 15/For the purchase of the exclusive right, in perpetuity, of burial in any ground in the Cemetery, and the issue of a Certificate of Purchase in respect thereof: In respect of one grave-plot, measuring three feet by two feet, for the interment of a still-born child 10/In respect of one grave-plot, measuring seven feet by three feet, for the interment of a child not more than five years 01d.... £l/5/In respect of one grave-plot, measuring nine feet by four feet six inches £2/10/For every duplicate Certificate of Purchase 2/6 For recording an alienation, by operation of law or otherwise, of burial rights, in respect of every grave-plot measuring not more than nine feet by four feet six inches affected by such alienation 10/For every extract from the Cemetery Register, in relation to a single interment, or a single certificate of purchase, or any other single matter 1/For the approval of plans, specifications, etc., of proposed tombstone, memorial, vault, etc., pursuant to Sections 14 and 18 of the principal By-law, and the issue of Permit for the erection or construction thereof, such reasonable charges, having regard to the time and trouble involved as the Council shall, in each case, decide. In addition to such charges, the person lodging such plans, specifications, etc., for approval, or applying for such permit, shall, at the time of so lodging such plans, specifications, etc., or applying for such permit. pay to the Town Clerk by way of deposit, to be refunded to such person on completion, in accordance with the terms of such permit and to the satisfaction of the Council, of the work in respect of which approval or permit is required, the additional sum of £1 For every disinterment £5 For re-opening any vault, and re-clos-ing the same, whether for the purpose of an interment or a disinterment, or for any other purpose, in addition to the fee (if any) payable in respect of the interment or disinterment £1 For work involved in piercing, cutting or removing stone, brickwork, concrete or similar material, for the purpose of opening, for interment, disinterment, or any other purpose, any grave or vault, and for replacing the same (in addition to any interment, disinterment, re-opening and other fees payable) 10/G.
