When thoroughly blended, stir over the fire until the mixture thickens—beat until cool, then put. into screw top jar. This will keep tor several weeks. When needed take out a little and thin down with milk or cream. If oil is liked a little lucca oil may be mixed in after the- cooking is finished. Sour cream may always be used for dressing.
