ANTI-BRITISH LEAFLETS. DROPPED IN SWISS CITIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) ZURICH, November 17. An unidentified plane flew over Basle this morning, dropping anti-Bri-tish leaflets, printed in French. Later it returned and scattered leaflets south of Zurich. According to the Daventry broadcast this morning German planes flew over Britain. France. Holland and Belgium and dropped pamphlets and cotton reels. The reels, it was stated, did not appear to be impregnated with any substance.
