NAZIS ANGRY OVER EXPORT DELAYS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, November 17. The Bucharest correspondent of Reuters says that official German sources state that Herr Clodins, head of the economic department of the German Foreign Office, who is in Bucharest, brought from Berlin an energetically worded Note declaring that "artificial difficulties" are holding up Rumanian export deliveries 10 Germany. The removal of these difficulties was firmly demanded.
