It is reported from Berlin that Germany is going to carry on the war until British supremacy is destroyed, according to a statement by an authorised spokesman. He added: “When we have won the war. it will be- time to discuss peace terms. We arc as ready to fight as we were for peace." Asked why Germany had not attacked. he said: "Speculators assert that we need an attack to keep up the morale of Germany. It is said that we might even have to attack in the South-East, because Herr von Ribbentrop needs a success to show the Fuehrer. We do not fear to attack, but are content to let military judgment choose the lime, .and we shall not bo goaded on by foreign propaganda."
