REPORTED TO HAVE BEEN ARRESTED. REFUSAL TO REPUDIATE ACTIVITY ABROAD. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, November 16. According to a Bratislava message. M. Hacha (President of Bohemia) is reported to have been arrested because be refused publicly to repudiate the anti-German activity of Czechs abroad. ILLNESS REPORTED. (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, November 16. The Prague correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says it was announced over the radio that M. Hacha is ill at Lany Castle. His doctor reported that his health has not improved and that he needs further attention.
