OIL FROM RUMANIA
GERMANY OFFERS ROLLING STOCK. RE-OPENING OF RAILWAY THROUGH POLAND. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) BUCHAREST. November 16. It' is understood that Germany is offering rolling stock to Rumania to avoid delays in the delivery of oil. The first stage of the re-opening of the Bucharest-Warsaw-Berlin railway has been inaugurated with services from Bucharest to Cernauti. Russia has given permission for the trains to pass through Poland.
