It' is understood that Germany is offering rolling stock to Rumania to avoid delays in the delivery of oil. The first stage of the re-opening of the Bucharest-Warsaw-Berlin railway has been inaugurated with services from Bucharest to Cernauti. Russia has given permission for the trains to pass through Poland.
