EFFECT OF ALLIED REPLIES. (Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, November 16. BELIEF LN BRUSSELS HITLER MAY SEND PERSONAL COMMUNICATION. (Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) PARIS, November 16. Official circles in Brussels believe that Herr- Hitler will send a personal communication to King Leopold and Queen Wilhelmina. PEACE AIMS SPECIFIC STATEMENT. URGED BY MR ATTLEE. (Received This Day, 9.50 a.m.) LONDON, November 16. The Leader of the Opposition, Mr C. R. Attlee, in the House of Commons, welcomed references to the conversations with Dominion Ministers, but regretted that there was no reference to a discussion on peace aims with them. A clearer statement of the British aims would have a great effect on the morale of the troops and the people on the home front.
