WEEKLY LUNCHEON. VISIT OF DISTRICT GOVERNOR. At the weekly luncheon of the Masterton Rotary Club this afternoon the speaker was Mr D. A. Ewen, of Wellington. district governor, who dealt with matters relating to Rotary and, the recent conference in America. Visitors tc Hie luncheon were Messrs R. Preston (Wellington) and L.
