Thirtecff persons were aboard and the survivors were picked up by a coastal steamer. LONG OVERDUE STEAMER WITH CREW OF FORTY. (Received This Dav. 9.55 a.m.) LONDON, November 15. The steamer Newton Beech, with a crew of forty, is three weeks overdue at Newcastle. The last message report--d: “All well." COLLISION WITH WRECK* (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) LONDON, November 15. The steamer Georgois collided with a partially submerged wreck on the North-East coast. Twenty-two members of the crew escaped in a lifeboat. TWO STEAMERS SUNK NEAR ESTONIAN COAST. (Received This Day. 9.55 a.m.) KAUNAS. November 15. The cargo steamers, Panavezys and Nida were sunk in the Baltic near the Estonian coast. The Nida was carrying British coal.
