JUDGMENT IN FAVOUR OF EORD ROTHERMERE PRINCESS’S CONTRACT OF SERVICE. EXPIRATION BY EFFLUXION OF TIME. Sy felegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, November 15. Mr Justice Tucker, in giving judgment in favour of Lord Rothcrmere, with costs, said he was satisfied that until June, 1938. Princess Stephanie was still at Lord Rothermere’s call, bu she was paid until December, 1938 when the contract expired through Effluxion of time. Lord Rothcrmere never undertook contractually to vindicate the Princess or promised contractually to maintain her for life.
