M. REYNAUD DEPARTS
SATISFACTORY UNDERSTANDING By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, November 15. The French Finance Minister, M Raul Reynaud, after discussing financial problems with British Ministers, has left for Paris. A Treasury communique says M Reynaud and Sir John Simon recognised the necessity for .close and continuous financial and economic co-opera-tion. M Reynaud proposed further meetings and Sir John Simon agreed.
