adjustment to war CONDITIONS. SEPARATE DEFENCE MINISTRIES. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright CANBERRA. November 12. Big changes in the Federal Cabinet, involving the splitting up of the administration of the three fighting services into separate Ministries and the creation of a new post for defence coordination were announced by the Prime Minister today. Mr Menzies will take the portfolios of Minister of Defence and Co-ordina-tion. Mr Street becomes Solely Minister for Army; Mr Fairbairn becomes Minister for Air; Sir Frederick Stewart becomes Minister for Navy in addition to Minister of Health and Social Services. Mi' Casey remains Minister of Supply. A special committee of Ministers will in future constitute, in effect. an economic Cabinet. The Wai' Cabinet will comprise Mr Menzies. Mi' Hughes. Mr Casey. Mr Street. Sir Henry Gilllett. Sir Frederick Stewart Mi' Fairbairn. Senator Foil and the Acting-Treasurer Mr Spender
