PLAY IN NEW ZEALAND CHAMPIONSHIPS FINE BUT WINDY WEATHER. TODAY'S PROGRAMME. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. The weather is brilliantly fine for' the second day of the New Zealand golf championships at Miramar, but a north wind sweeping across the links in gusts of half a gale force troubled all players at times. The greens are in perfect order after overnight rain. The second round of the open championship and the qualifying rounds of the amateur and professional championships, as well as a teams match for the O'Rorke Vase, are set down on today’s programme. The open title will be decided tomorrow, when the final two rounds will bo played. As was the case yesterday, the "top-liners" did not start until after lunch.
