SPLENDID SHEEP EXHIBITS. CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, November 9. The Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association’s seventy-seventh annual show, which opened today, was notable for exceptional quality sheep exhibits which are considered the best in many years. Cattle and horses were considerably fewer, but quality was maintained. Entries totalled 3060. compared with 3033 last year. Championship results: — Sheep. Merino, fine combing: Ram.
