Mrs R. Payne, of Alfredton, is spending a holiday in Christchurch. Miss Berney, dental nurse, has commenced duties at the Greytown clinic. Miss J. Morrison, of Napier, is a visitor to Masterton. and is staying at the Midland Hotel. Mr and Mrs V. Holloway, Christchurch, are staying at the Empire Hotel, Masterton. Christchurch visitors to Masterton are Mr and Mrs A. C. Gray, who are staying at the Midland Hotel. Mrs A. E. Gilding, Rimu Street, Masterton, is visiting Otaki Beach as the guest of Mrs Guy Holmes. Mrs S. V. Gooding, of Masterton., is visiting Wellington and is staying with Mrs Saint. Oriental Bay. The death has occurred in Wellington of Mrs A. Keddell, mother of Miss Keddell, of the staff of the Greytown District High School. The marriage is to take place at St Paul's Pro-Cathedral. Wellington, today. of Mr W. Duffil, Eketahuna County Engineer, and Miss Frances Chapman, of Hokitika.
