ANOTHER BREAK MADE WITH PRECEDENT. DIPLOMATS ATTEND RUSSIAN RECEPTION. LONDON. November 7. The Berlin correspondent of the British United Press says that for the first time in Hitler’s regime prominent Nazis al tended a reception at the Russian Embassy. The reception marked the presentation of credentials to the Russian Ambassador.
