Al the Magistrate's Court today Doris Jones, a female clerk employed by the Waipukurau County was charged with the theft between October. 1935. and October. 1939. of council funds amounting to £637 Ils. She was remanded till November 17. Bail of £2OO was allowed with two sureties of a like amount.
