EARLY OFFENSIVE AGAIN PREDICTED TALK OF THRUST THROUGH HOLLAND. SOME UNCONFIRMED REPORTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. ' PARIS, November 7. The Copenhagen “Politiken” states that German officers and men have been recalled from leave, air squadrons have been marshalled and ambulance trains are leaving Berlin, indicating that an offensive is contemplated. Broadcasts were interrupted for half an hour this morning, the reason being unknown. "Le Journal" says there are unconfirmed reports that the German General Staff has decided to make a thrust* against Holland, through Limbourg and thence northward toward the Dutch ports. The plan also includes a joint Russian and German drive to the Suez Canal. A French communique reports a quiet night on the front. German labourers are working day and night extending the fortifications north of Luxemburg and opposite Vjanden. An order has been issued in Brussels banning all planes from flying over Belgium except commercial craft, which have received special permits, stated a Daventry broadcast early this morning.
