LARGE OFFERING OF PIGS. The Associated Auctioneers report on the Pahiatua weekly sale as follow: —A moderate offering of sheep, and a small entry of cattle, and a large number of pigs wore offered to a fair attendance of buyers. Quotations: Fourtooth wethers (shorn), 19s 4d two-tooth wethers (shorn). 14s (id. Ewes and lambs (all counted), good mouths. 15s Id, low mouths, 13s 4d. Fat ewes (shorn), 16s 6d to 17s 3d. Fat wethers 25s 4d. Dairy Cows (springing), £8 ss. Pigs: Weaners (good), 17s 6d. 19s 6d, 21s to 24s 6d, slips, 25s to 26s 6d.
