Mrs E. Jewitt. of Haunui, has returned home after a visit to Wellington. Mrs F. E. Evans, of Otaki, who has been visiting Masterton, has returned home. Mr and Mrs W. G. Lamb, of Masterton are spending a week’s holiday at Napier. The death occurred at Tano on Friday of Mrs Ellie Judd, wife of Mr William George Judd, at the age of (14 years. Miss Peggie T.a:;:gan. a popular Wellington elocutionist, is the guest of her aunt, Mrs A. Grant, of Cambridge Terrace, Master ton. Mrs Bahout, Miss Bahout (Palmerston North) and Miss V. Harris, of Wellington, are visitors to Masterton, and are staying at the Midland Hotel.
