Mrs E. C. Holmes, of Featherston, is a visitor to Wellington. Mrs P. Borthwick and family, “Eridge," are staying at Paraparatimu Beach.
Mrs A. T. Thompson, Upper Plain, has returned from a visit to the South Island. Mr and Mrs Eric Shaw, To Ore Orc, are visiting the Palmerston North show and Hawke’s Bay. Mrs Bale, who has been staying with her sister, Mrs R. A. Bunny, Maringi, has returned to Palmerston North. Miss J. Hosking, Church Street, Masterton, has been spending a few days at Lower Hutt. Misses W. and E. Daniell. “Mathon Lodge,” who have been visiting Christchurch. have returned to Masterton. Mrs A. Hutchison and her little son, of Wellington, are staying with Mrs R. C. Drummond. Lansdowne. Miss Dorothy Bloxham of the nursing staff of the New Plymouth Hospital, is on a visit to her parents at Featherston.
Miss Peggy Sutherland, of Hinakura, who has been the guest of Mrs J. H. Frater, of Bassett Road. Remuera. has returned to her home.
