GERMANY ASTRAY
REGARDING AUSTRALIAN AIR EFFORT MEASURES TO EXPEDITE TRAINING. UNDER EMPIRE SCHEME. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.43 a.m.) LONDON. November 3. Menzies, has already outlined the reasons, namely, it was a British suggestion that the Commonwealth’s best contribution, once the Canadian scheme was settled, . would be to keep the personnel in Australia to enable pilots to help in early training for a wider sphere.
