DAMP STAINS ON LINEN
HOW TO DEAL WITH THEM. When linen has been stored, and when examined is found to have developed damp stains rub each stain with fine-powdered chalk. Let the linen rest with the chalk on it until it is thoroughly dry. and then wash in the ordinary way.
