SPEECH OF FIVE MINUTES ON ARMISTICE DAY. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 1.13 p.m.) RUGBY, October 31. In her broadcast on Armistice Day to the women of Britain and the Empire, the Queen will speak for five minutes, beginning at 9 p.m. The last occasion on which her Majesty broadcast was her farewell speech from Halifax. Nova Scotia, at the close of the Royal tour of Canada.
