RESIGNATION OF GERMAN COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF. STORIES OF DEPARTURES & CHANGES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. PARIS, October 31. The Petit Parisien publishes an uncorroborated report that General von Brauchitsch (German Commander-in-Chicf) has resigned. A Berlin message received in London states that reports of General von Brauchitseh’s resignation are denied. The French Press prints with all reserve reports that Dr Schacht and Hert Hugenberg have fled from Germany. General von Reichenau is reported tube succeeding General von Halder as Chief of the High Command Operations Council.
