AUSTRIAN GARRISON TROOPS IN VIENNA AND OTHER CENTRES. EVERY TENTH MAN SHOT BY GERMANS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. October 30. The Paris radio reports mutinies among the Austrian troops in Vienna, Graz, and Klagenfurt, which the German authorities are reported to have quelled by shooting every tenth man. The garrisons are manned by troops from the-Polish campaign, a radio message reports. The troops at Graz are in a state of greatest agitation.
