DRUNKEN MOTORIST
SENTENCE OF IMPRISONMENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, October 30. Arrested on Saturday night on a charge of being in a state of intoxication while in charge of a car in Karangahape Road, a labourer, John Neville Crowle, 34, pleaded guilty in the Magistrates’ Court today. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of having no licence. Accused was sentenced to three weeks' imprisonment and lost his licence for two years.
