RASPBERRY PULP JAM
RECOMMENDED RECIPE. « The following recipe for making pulp jam. whether raspberry, blackberry or loganberry is recommended: 31b cooking apples, should be well covered with water, boiled and strained, as for jelly. Then pour it into the contents of a 31b tin of pulp. To each cup of the combined mixture add 1 cup sugar. Boil till a little sets when tested—about 17 minutes.
