The Domci Agency states that all the four north-western provinces of China, Shensi. Kansu. Ningsia and Sinkiang. are being Sovietised and the Chinese Communist Fourth Route Army, under General Chuteh. is moving into Shensi. Two thousand Soviet regulars are now stationed in Kansu.
