CLASH IN THE DOBRUDJA. THREE BULGARIANS INJURED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. BUCHAREST, October 25. Throe Bulgarian frontier guards were injured when.a party of Bulgarians entered the southern Dobrudja and attacked a patrol. The incident is considered to be unfortunate in view of the efforts for a Rumanian-Bulgarian entente. The authorities are investigating. The Bulgarian general election will be hold in four instalments, beginning on December 28.
