Rhubarb Cream. One pound rhubarb, grated rind and juice, 1 lemon, stick cinnamon, li cups sugar, 1 cup whipped cream. Wash and cut up rhubarb; add sugar, .rind and juice lemon, stick cinnamon. Cook till tender. Remove cinnamon. allow to cool, then fold in cream. Serve in sundae glasses garnished with rosettes' of whipped cream.
