The American ship Independence Hall radios that she will arrive at Bordeaux today with 300 survivors of the British steamers Yorkshire and City of Mandalay, which were sunk in the Atlantic. Of the survivors 223 are from the Yorkshire, from which 60 of the passengers and crew are still not ■accounted for.
