TRADE AGREEMENT
SOVIET-LATVIAN PACT SIGNED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. MOSCOW, October 19. The Tass Agency announced that a Soviet-Latvian trade agreement, supplementary to the recent mutual assistance pact, was signed yesterday. It provides for a threefold extension of trade between the two countries, and also for a considerable extension of shipments of Soviet goods via Latvian ports.
