The cutting off of all Estonian telegraphic and telephonic communications is regarded as a prelude to severe measures connected with the Ru? sian occupation of the ceded bases. Soviet troops, are entering Estonia ,n two columns, north, and south. Soviet pianos are Hying'low over the troont to observe and prevent incidents by the population. Soviet forces are landing from transports at various points along the coast.
