<s JOINT COUNCIL FORMED IN BRITAIN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 11.45 a.m.) LONDON. October 13. It was agreed, subject to the endorsement of the full council of the Trades Union Congress, to establish a National Joint Advisory Council, to deal with problems confronting the Government and industry.in war time. The council will consist of fifteen representatives from each side, with the Minister of Labour as chairman.
