DRUNKEN MOTORIST
BUILDER FINED £3O. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) OAMARU, October 18. For being intoxicated in charge of a car, Robert Alexander Winsley, builder. Oamaru, was fined £3O and had his licence cancelled for 12 months. Another motorist reported the offender to the police. His action was commended by the magistrate.
