STUDENTS IN CAMP
SPECIAL EXAMINATION FACILITIES. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A special meeting ol the executive committee of the senate of the University of New Zealand will, be held in Wellington tomorrow to complete special university examination arrangements for students serving with the military forces. Up to the present special leave has been granted to 22 students stationed at Fort Dorset and 16 at the Trentham special force camp, and about 20 students at Burnham and a similar number at Ngaruawahia will also be affected. Final figures are not yet available, because the totals are changing as more students are called up for military service. Examination centres are being provided close to three special force camps. Students from Trentham will sit in Silverstream, but the men from Fort Dorsel will attend the main Wellington centre. Smaller special, centres are also being provided in other places, including Blenheim, for students from the nearby R.N.Z.A.F. training school, and in Levin, for students from the Weraroa Air Force camp. The examinations will begin on Monday, October 30.
